Learn to teach Yoga Wall * Deepen your practice.

Intensive Yoga Wall Training aimed at (future) yoga teachers and interested yoga practitioners. You will build and expand your skills and knowledge of practicing and teaching yoga with the Yoga Wall.

The Yoga Wall is a highly versatile prop that can be integrated in every existing type of yoga

The Yoga Wall is an incredible tool that cultivates a deeper awareness and understanding of alignment. Discover the principles of this prop based yoga practice. We will explore how to effectively make use of the Yoga Wall to support the body in various asanas. Experience the benefits of traction in spine, shoulders, hips & knees. Improve strength and mobility. Learn sequences.

Level 1 will provide participants a comprehensive understanding of the Great Yoga Wall and focus on learning one-hundred different positions and/or variations of them with a full range of Supine and Prone, Seated and Inverted Asanas. Moreover, a deeper knowledge of the Yoga Wall’s versatility and flexibility in the Asanas will be gained. Whether you are new to the Yoga Wall, an experienced Yoga teacher or simply an eager student, this workshop offers plenty of new impulses for your yoga practice or lessons enabling the student a structure for his or her personal praxis and the teacher insight into classroom and One-to-One sessions.

You will receive a manual with visual materials, brief descriptions and ample space for your personal notes. And a Certificate for each Level completed.

Biography

Martin Zilbauer

Founder of relax & move and practicing pysical therapist since 1999.

Martin spent over 6 years in Asia and India studying yoga. He continues to strengthen his practice by participating in advanced training and teaching in Germany and abroad. Martin makes annual visits to India where he received his Iyengar Yoga teacher certification from B.K.S. Iyengar in person.
