Each workshop will begin with a 30-minute discussion that will teach you how to use each region of your body safely and effectively. For teachers, you will also learn how to describe these regions more clearly and effectively to your students. Following the discussion, you will settle into a 2-hr practice designed to refine your skills, deepen your practice and promote long-term sustainability in your body and mind.
