The Art of Touch - 20hr Hands-On Adjustments Teacher Training in Brussels
There is a moment in a yoga class when something shifts.
A student softens.
A breath deepens.
A posture suddenly makes sense in their body.
When done well, hands-on work transforms your teaching.
Students feel seen. Supported. Guided.
And you feel steady in your role.
In Brussels, teachers are highly trained and studios are competitive. What differentiates you is not just choreography — it is the quality of presence and touch.
Skilful adjustments :
Increase student retention
Deepen trust
Create a premium experience
Help your students significantly improve their practice and gain trust in their bodies
This 20-hour immersive training gives you practical tools that immediately upgrade your teaching.
It is practical, embodied, and deeply experiential.

This is not a theoretical weekend.
You will spend the majority of the 20 hours practising — giving and receiving adjustments repeatedly, with supervision and detailed, personalised feedback.
You will learn:
How to apply appropriate pressure (and how to read when it is too much)
How to use your body mechanics so you don’t exhaust yourself
How to adjust confidently during flow transitions
How to work with consent clearly and professionally
How to adapt adjustments for different bodies
You will leave having practised dozens — not just watched demonstrations.
